A fun and busy weekend! Thursday I went to Julia’s for a quick Thanksgiving and then went and did a poetry reading with the girls– I got to chat with my family right in the middle of their dinner which was lovely. Friday Bronte and I went to see Remi Wolf in the coolest venue and had a really great time. Saturday I went to the ward Christmas party where an African sister made the best jollof rice and fried chicken I have ever had. Sunday I applied to my first round of PhD applications and then Monday Bronte, Sonia, and I went to see Charli XCX and it was so fun!! I wore my fur coat for the first time and loved it, this is a new era for me: the fur coat era.
