This week was so fun and so tiring– there were two burns nights, one at NC and one put on by the ward that was also a dance. I taught yoga for a YA activity and also had my first presidency meeting, actually a series of meetings, for my new calling. I threw a dinner party (a soup night!), had my first stake youth activity on Sunday and was absolutely exhausted by the end of the week. Oh and I hiked Arthurs Seat on Saturday! It was such a beautiful day. It was well worth the hike but also I was astonished how bad I am at hiking. Walking uphill! Who knew! I also saw this movie called All of Us Strangers which made me cry not only in the theater but for like 4 days every single time I thought of someone I loved. After Arthurs Seat I walked through a nearby graveyard and, taking Heidegger’s advice, thought about death. Great week!
